I could feel my stress level rising becuase of course the first few that I chose we already being used. Then I though about what I like to do when things are making me crazy and I decided that  go for a walk would be my user name because that is what I do when all else fails. That is what I do almost every day and that is what we so as a family at night after dinner to wind down before bed.  It has become a nice way to enjoy each others company and help Mia explore her new world.
